Authors are invited to submit a one‑page (300‑500 word) abstract via e-mail: ADSTHU@sckcen.be by September 6th, 2019 (final deadline).

The abstract must include a clear definition of the objective and approach of the work discussed.

Please indicate clearly who is the principal investigator and whether you prefer to deliver an oral presentation or to contribute to the poster session.

All abstracts will be reviewed by the program committee. Because a limited number of abstracts will be accepted, the abstract must be complete enough to allow for careful assessment of the contribution. Accepted abstracts will be assigned a location within the conference schedule and program, or the poster session.

Authors will be notified of acceptance of their papers for presentation and/or poster session before the end of September 2019.

Presentations and posters submitted for publication will be due at the Workshop. Instructions for manuscript preparation will be sent with notification of abstract acceptance.
